Einav has 20 years experience in the food industry. Starting her career in the kitchens in Tel Aviv, working in fine Dining in NYC, Einav joined Unilever on 2008 leading the culinary team under R&D. in 2016 Einav became the corporate Executive Chef for Unilever Food solutions where she leads the NAm chefs team and is part of UFS leadership team.
Einav is the face of the Knorr brand in TV commercials and has a TED talk discussing the life line to the kitchen.

I'm an Alternative Protein Entrepreneur, YCombinator-Alum, Consultant/Advisor/Mentor to several alt protein startups globally like Eat JUST in SF & GoodDot in India. I co-founded "Mylk Guys", the world's largest plan(e)t-based e-commerce platform in San Francisco in 2017 & raised $2.5M funding from Khosla Ventures, 2-time olympic gold medalist Jason Kidd of the NBA. Currently launching "D.I.Y. eats" in India as COVID-19 response to help local restaurants & boost the plant-based industry. Prior to these, I spent 10 years with Fortune 500 cos like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Microsoft focused on Finance, Analytics, Tech & Product Mgmt.

I have been the CEO of IMPROVE for the last 7 years. I was part of the team launching LYVEN start-up producing enzymes and metabolites using solid state fermentation. I then spent nearly 15 years in the sector of starch / glucose production on technical directions and plant manager positions in France and in the USA for Tate & Lyle and Tereos.
