Navneet Singh Deora is a Food engineer with a PhD from Indian Institute of & Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. In industry he has been part of Nestle Global R&D (Cereal & Extrusion Expert). His research interests focus on open innovation in the food industry, sustainability, plant based proteins, equipment design and advancements in cereal science. Currently he is associated with Start Up -Shivanika Foods Private Limited ,a research based company in the Space of Alternative Protein. We as a company are currently working to create Plant based Meat / Non- Dairy Alternative market in India.

George is the Co-founder of MagProtein Limited, a Nigerian based insect protein start up. Prior to MagProtein, George worked at Standard Chartered Bank in various credit risk and structured finance roles. George has a Masters in Information Systems from the Warwick Business School.

Kevin is the Founder & CEO of ento, an alternative protein startup specializing in edible insects for human consumption. ento's product offerings include consumer packaged goods and an upcoming ento burger patty that is all-natural, highly nutritious and also sustainable. Kevin is an ex-corporate lawyer having been Called to the Bar in London and Malaysia.
